Man Ordered His Wife to Lie Down On The Ground, Flogged Her With Wire In the Present Of Her Child (Video)

Video footage of Uganda man maltreating his wife in the open place is currently making sensation on the social media now.

In the video footage, the Uganda man ordered his wife to lie down on the ground, he then stretched out his wire and repeatedly whipped the woman button.

Despite the pain which made the woman to be crying and begging him to stop, but the man ignored and kept whipping her.
