Olubadan’s Wife, Olori Joyce, Converts To Islam

The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Mohood Balogun’s wife, Olori Joyce Anene has converted to Islam.

According to Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo state (BCOS), it was made known in a post by the Chief Imam of Ibadan land, Sheikh Abdul Ganiyy Abubakry Agbotomokekere I.

The queen who submitted to her husband’s persuasions, got converted at the Ibadan North East Local Government Ramadan Lecture, held on Monday at Ibadan Central Praying Ground {Yidi Agodi Gate Ibadan}.

The Ibadan Queen’s whose new name is Olori Khadijah Mahood Lekan Balogun, recited the kalimatul-shahadah at event.
