A video footage is making rounds on the social media which show how some Gtbank customer were locked inside the bank after coming to the Bank to complain over high rate of SMS charges.
According to the report
Gtbank ilorin Tawio branch customer complain about removing of sms charges from 2016 till date and the bank manager said there’s nothing they can do about it some people they remove amount of # 10,000 each person while some people #70.000 that’s why people shouting on them metiwears It is welland it can be so annoying and heartbrokenin this hard economy now
