We Attack The Keke Driver with knives And Machetes, Then Push Them Down While in Motion- Pregnant Woman And Husband Confessed

Police operatives in Rivers State have arrested one Adaugo Darlington and her partner, Steve Green, 38, for allegedly dispossessing unsuspecting drivers of their tricycles, popularly called Keke Napep.

It was gathered that Adaugo specializes in feigning pregnancy in order to attract sympathy.

According to the command’s spokesperson, DSP Grace Iringe-Koko, “Adaugo poses with other gang members as passengers. They usually att*ck Keke drivers with knives and machetes, then p*sh them down while in motion.

The syndicate however ran out of luck on March 31, 2022 along Rumunduru when police operatives got to the scene where their last victim, one Lasisi Akreem, was dispossessed of his Keke.

The victim who sustained machete cuts was able to describe his tricycle and the suspects. The officers immediately chased and apprehended two of the suspects, and recovered the tricycle.

The victim was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment while efforts are on to nab two others gang members who escaped. Investigation has commenced into the matter.”
